Web Site inspections are under taken remotely and at no cost to the potential client.

Oakley Arts will provide the potential client with an analysis of their findings and an estimate figure for the recommended repairs.

Depending on the amount of repair or upgrade work needed, Oakley Arts may request a 25% deposit of their estimate figure, prior to undertaking work. The remaining balance must be paid in full, within 14 days of satisfactory completion of work, unless of course, additional services and or alterations have been requested by the client.

All design and programming work is to be undertaken remotely. Should the client require the designer to work from their premises, all travel costs and expenses are to be met by the client, unless agreed otherwise.

The client retains ownership of all artwork unless otherwise specified in writing. The designer reserves the right to include or otherwise reference the produced material within their design portfolio.

The client is free to edit, amend or otherwise alter web site content, however, they do so at their own risk and remain accountable for any errors caused as a direct result of their intervention.

All confidential information entrusted to the designer, by the client, their employees or associates, will not be disclosed to third parties.

We are not responsible for discrepancies within the subject matter, written or otherwise, contained within our client's web sites. Any views expressed witin our web sites are the views of the clients concerned, and not necessarily those of Oakley Arts.

Oakley Arts reserve the right to refuse work if we feel the subject matter could be deemed offensive by others (ie: racial hatred / extremist views) or is otherwise questionable.

Itemized estimates are priced according to the work stated therein. Should the client request additional services and or alterations, these will be subject to further charges, unless agreed otherwise, or unless they are due to inaccuracies or oversights by the designer (Oakley Arts).

Any timescales stated therein are estimated and unlikely to exceed their allowed durations. In the event that these have been over-estimated, the final invoice will be credited accordingly. The final invoice should not exceed estimate figure, unless of course, additional services and or alterations have been requested by the client (see above).

In most instances, a 25% deposit is required before undertaking estimated work. The remaining balance must be paid in full, within 14 days of satisfactory completion of work. Cheques payable to J Galantini.

Web Design work is undertaken once the client has agreed to an initial design layout. Whilst we can understand the need for minor adjustments, any drastic changes or alterations may be subject to futher costs.

All web design, repair and update estimates are based on the assumption that the designer is granted full access to the clients web domain at nil cost. The client is also obliged to provide written web page content as and when requested by the designer, also at nil cost.

Oakley Arts cannot accept responsibility for any original photographs damaged, or otherwise lost in the post. To ensure the safety of your original images, we recommend hand-delivery / collection. We are based in Fleet, Hampshire. Street address will be provided when booking an appointment.

Restorations are charged per-image. Should digital restoration prove impossible, due to the condition of the original image(s), no fee will be raised for that (those) particular image(s).

Oakley Arts will take the utmost care when handling and scanning your original images. We appreciate photographs may be personal, private and hold sentimental value. For this reason, we will not use your images within our online portfolio, withot your express permission.
